For my first post of the new year I’m talking about something very, very, VERY important. Are you ready?? I’m talking all about hair!
Before the holidays I was fortunate enough to partner with Kérastase to try out their new hair treatment! And let me tell you…it worked wonders. So instead of rambling on and on about how much I loved the treatment I figured I would do a little Q&A for you guys and get right to the point.

What was the treatment called?
I received the new treatment designed by Kérastase called the Fusio-Dose treatment.
What are the benefits of the Fusio-Dose treatment?
The best part about this treatment is that it is customizable to help fit your personal hair care needs. With the help of a stylist you can customize a mix of super concentrated, blended active ingredients that are designed to instantly and lastingly transform your hair.
What type mixture did you receive for your hair?
My hair is naturally very curly and as a result very dry. I also dye my hair blonde when it’s naturally dark brown so that doesn’t help with the dryness either! With the help of my stylist we determined the discipline booster would work best. This booster helps with dryness, anti-frizz, anti-humidity, and helps smooth. AKA it saved my hairs life!
How long does the treatment take?
It took about an hour from start to finish. This included going into the salon, having the treatment done, and my hair blow dried and styled.
Did you notice a difference right away?
Yes, yes, and yes! My hair felt amazing afterward and the shine was amazing.
What salon did you go to and how much does it cost?
I visited Blue Gemini and saw Holly! You can visit any L’Oréal Professionnel salon to try out this treatment and other amazing things. The cost probably varies on the salon you see but the average price is around $25-$30.
How long does the treatment last?
I think it really depends on how well you maintain your hair after the treatments done. But personally, I found I noticed a real difference in my hair for about 6 washes, and I wash my hair about once a week!
Are there any Kérastase products you’d recommend to help maintain your hair?
Since getting the treatment my stylist recommended I use the Discipline line to help combat dryness and any frizz in my hair. I’ve also been using the hair oil called Elixir Ultime and the Nectar Thermique heat protectant along with it and have noticed a big improvement in the overall health of my hair.
Would you recommend this treatment to anyone?
Do I really need to answer this question?? Because the answer is definitely Y.E.S!
And in case you’re still skeptical here’s some before and afters. The results are kind of shocking now that I look them!
See I told you…shocking! But now that my hair is hydrated and shiny of course I had to thrown on a cute outfit and hit the town!
